What areas do you service?
Always Organized is based in Calgary and services the Calgary area and Cochrane. Should you be located in Airdrie, Okotoks, or Chestermere, a small additional travel charge may apply. Please contact me for more details.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash and e-transfers are accepted. An invoice is provided on the day of, for hourly rate bookings and pre-payment is required for packages.
How long will it take / How many hours do I need?
The time depends on the area I will be tackling. Once I have taken a look at your space, I am able to give a better estimate. A regular pantry can take 4-5 hours, whilst a kitchen can take 8 hours. If you purchase a package and do not use all the time, then I can move on to another area in your house or come back another day.
What do I get by hiring a professional organizer?
Hiring a professional organizer means that you are ready for the change. Always Organized provides a high level of expertise. I do not judge your space. You can expect to receive a plan to organize your space and advice on how to keep it organized. I provide hands-on experience to decrease clutter and maximize your area.
Do I need to purchase additional organizational products?
No. In some areas of the house, yes, organizational products work the best to categorize items and create an easily maintainable system. However, if you have bins, storage containers, etc already, I can work with those.
What are your rates?

Do I need to be at home whilst you work?
No. Most people that require help with organizing, have a busy day-to-day lifestyle. If that is the case, we can call or facetime should I have any questions or need to find out if we are keeping or donating certain items. In areas such as closets, it is usually easier to be home for the initial editing period. Once we have completed the area, I can leave a guide if items have moved or facetime you to walk through the area, should you not be available.
What happens with items I no longer wish to keep?
Items that can go into regular blue recycling or black cart garbage bin, do so. Items that can be donated, I will remove and donated directly. The limit is one carload per session and once removed, they cannot be returned.
What options do you have for labeling?
I create our own labels and therefore they can be personalized. This can be discussed in our consultation and pricing provided in the package proposal.
Is it okay to have pets inside whilst you organize?
100% as long as they are not aggressive. Please advise at the time of consultation.
